It was just an appropriate option for a break on a long journey in Scottsdale with excellent value for money. I appreciated that they had a nice ice skating rink during the winter season. Make sure to manage expectations around dining options, as reservations can be tough to come by.

The resort's beautiful grounds made our family getaway special. While the restaurant service lacked attentiveness, La Hacienda's festive vibes turned our meal into a fun adventure. Our 1 King Bed with Patio room was cozy and well-equipped. Consider visiting during holiday festivities for extra cheer!

The pools were fantastic and perfect for poolside fun. We tried the latest water inflatables and mermaid tails. Just what we needed to create holiday memories. The spa was a nice retreat after a day in the sun. Just keep in mind that dining options can vary in quality.

I was a bit disappointed with the dining experience. Our steaks were overcooked, which wasn't what I expected for the price.

The Deluxe Room with a patio was amazing, and I loved lounging by the heated pool after a relaxing massage. The outdoor jacuzzi was also a big hit for unwinding under the stars. Only downside was a bit of a wait for room service, but that didn’t spoil the overall experience! 😊

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a One Bedroom Casita Suite with Two Double Beds, and I was genuinely impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, especially towards my friend who is blind and has a guide dog. The grounds are beautiful, and there are plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy. However, the dining experience could use improvement, as some menu items were unavailable during our stay.
